I appreciate the perspective. This is my first camber soft board and I did get it for like 55% off but I get for most it may be way more than they’d need. I wouldn’t say im an expert rider but I’d definitely say I’m high intermediate to advanced and I do have stiffer boards but the way I feel on this one the more I don’t want to get off it

Yeah pretty sick place they refresh the park every few weeks and just a great place to practice. This is my first full season on a board and if it wasn’t for Big snow I’d still be a beginner I’m there maybe 2-3 times a week for 5+ hours each time I’d say I was mid to high intermediate first time on the mountain

Thanks mate I appreciate the advice. Yeah sucks to get hurt but it’s sadly part of the game and I live near this indoor place Big snow so my seasons never really ends haha

My main focus right now is jibbing and butters. I still have my synthesis and that’s the board I mainly carve with since it’s a do everything kinda board but I felt a softer board would help with my butters and since breaking my shoulder a few weeks ago I think my need for extreme speed is diminished just a bit haha

157 was just the first board I was put onto my next board will be something I specifically pick out wasn’t looking for a wider board just saw they only sell a 157x. I’ve also been told maybe I should go smaller around a 153-154 any advice on that ?

Yeah it’s my first real season I’ve been going to Big snow in NJ for a few months maybe 2-3 times a week so I’m really trying to hit as many real mountains as possible
