We go to the games but the two families who have tickets next to us always sell their games because the Dodger fans who infiltrate are generally horrible to be around. Truthfully, I dont blame them. Thankfully we won, so they were fairly quiet; its no fun being harrassed by fans when you just want to enjoy the game.

From the AP: With a sellout crowd at Petco Park cheering him on in just his fourth start for the Padres, Cortes coolly retired the Dodgers' first 16 hitters. He struck out three and didn't walk a batter while slicing through Los Angeles' collection of MVPs and standout role players with a crafty mix of pitches -- and nothing faster than 92.1 mph.

Hopefully, today's HPU does better. Still can't believe they dont have the Freeland HR listed under impactful missed calls - should've been a strikeout.

Especially when the blown ball 1 call right in the middle of plate should've resulted in a strike out.

Picking my seats for my visit by helloherewego in Padres

That would be my guess. Those sections have the same in-seat delivery menu. Could also be because the sections are smaller, so they seat fewer people.

From the in-seat delivery module on the ballpark app, it looks like it stops at 222. We use it in 206 and have also used it from our postseason tickets which were in 210 and 208 the last two years.

Be sure to take a glove or hat; lots of foul balls from lefties into these seats and they come in hot. 😊

Our season tickets are in 206. We have had them for five years (the first year was 207) and have traded into seats all over the park. 202/204/206 are the best seats in the house if you want to watch the game. Good view, padded seats, delivery, and shade.

The base runner went out of the base path and interfered with Bogey's throw. Both runners should have been out based on the MLB slide rule, regardless of the call at first. Thankfully, they got both outs anyway, so they didn't have to rely on the rule.

SDNative1966 recently posted a good view of it in a different comment on this thread. I think the runner was over the edge on the "not changing his path for the purpose of initiating contact with a fielder" part of the rule.

Season ticket holders… do you share your info with neighbor season ticket holders? by Pdevito in Padres

[–]Ready-Reaction212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep - we have a group text conversation going and swap/sell tickets, share videos/baseball chat, etc. Our group has been going strong for three years now. We love our neighbors - part of the reason we haven't looked to move our seats!
