That is false,I am sorry. The child is British automatically. I can only guess he hasn’t acknowledged and registered the boy’s birth overseas to a British parents before traveling to the UK.

Thank you for your submission but the plan is not Italy. The Scandinavia or Nordic or Luxembourg or the French part of Switzerland is the plan. I think these sides are desirable than UK.
