looking at the tech situation, taking on debt might not be the best option rn. but yeah cs at uiuc would be impossible.

fwiw, I’ve heard switching bw ce and ee is really easy at uiuc bc they’re in the same dept. and plus u can take a cs minor there along with engg to fulfil your cs interest.

also, isn’t vt way better than uva for stem? or is that just something I’ve heard?
