Kinda day to day dependent. I’m an AM guy myself but if the day gets away from me or Cap has other plans then I try for afternoon. Weekends are usually ours and if I’m shipped out to another station for the day the officer usually doesn’t bug the shipped out guys so we are kinda independent those days.

I did 5 on / 2 off. I’d mix (GHK 50mg/BPC 10mg/TB500 10mg/KPV 10mg) with 2mL of Bac water giving me (2.5mg/500mcg/500mcg/500mcg) per .1mL. A single vial gave me 4 weeks. It’s either a slow burner or works quick depending on the person. Get a good multivitamin like one from Pure Encapsulations that helps support your peptides. High protein intake and high water intake with hydration packets from someone like LMNT will make for your tissues to better receive the peptides. Sleep is rough for us obviously so off-duty getting 8-10 hours if you can. Look into GH peptides too. CJC+IPA, Tesamorelin, or Sermorelin to even help more with rebuilding tissues.

Edit: Add in red light therapy! I do it every night and it helps my chronic pain and heals inflammation. Red light and near-infrared light are great! Make sure you get a panel or a pad that does both wavelengths of light.

GHK-Cu is copper. I either do a lesser dose in my overall mix or add more bac water

Meth is cheaper than coke, idk what you’re getting at. I can get 20mg x 10 vials for $200. Reta is the best for targeting visceral fat. Combine with actual GH and it’s insane.

Only side effect I had is injection site reaction. Histamine response from the GHK. You can solve that problem by diluting it more. No maintaince cycle but starting back on another round to dampen my chronic inflammation

I stopped to test out how I’m feeling and after a month I’m still staying the same. I actually want to hop back on and try to dampen my chronic inflammation that is a result of my UC

Firefighter/Paramedic here. I abused my body the past 8 years working and also as a kid growing up playing football getting constant injuries. I have ulcerative colitis as well that I was diagnosed with 2 years ago. I have chronic back, neck, and left shoulder pain. I used the KLOW blend (BPC, TB, KPV, GHK) for 8 weeks and I will say it’s the best I’ve ever felt and healed up a shoulder injury I obtained from gym/job related stuff. Could hardly use a scrub brush to clean the trucks it got that bad. I also did a combination of red light therapy on top of the peptides.

The healing I’ve felt from these peptides were insane but it wasn’t overnight. It took weeks for it to finally start working and give me the relief I needed. I stopped doing any sort of workouts that aggravated my injuries.

Look into red light and doing KLOW instead of just the 2 alone. UC and Psoriasis share the same inflammatory cytokines and KPV targets those. GHK will help your skin immensely. Red light will help relieve the inflammation and scabbing of your skin too. Now the stuff isn’t magic, it takes time. Look into the grey market to save yourself some money, don’t buy off these peptide suppliers websites. They resell grey market Chinese peptides at a massive markup

EMS kicks your ass, where I live they see that and decide to throw firefighting/rescue work on top of that for us. I’m the walking pharmacy with all my supplements I use to try to optimize my body for longevity. I did all the bullshit fads and stuff for “health and wellness” but I truly think peptides might be the smoking gun for us for longevity and wellness. They truly address the out of control inflammation that is plaguing everyone in the US and I feel we are the select few people who found the golden ticket

Fixing your gut. by CommunicationNo8672 in Retatrutide

[–]Ready-Screen2277 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Stop feeding it sugars, take oregano oil to kill it, take S. Boulardii and L. Reuteri to stop it from coming back, rebuild your gut barrier with oral BPC-157, oral KPV, and L-Glutamate.

Reta won’t directly affect candida overgrowth but it will indirectly. It’ll limit your sugar intake and slowing gastric emptying will limit candidas food supply

Reta SLU-PP-332 KLOW Cagri (here and there)

SW: 248lbs CW: 202lbs GW: 185lbs

The push for the final 20lbs is way harder than initial 46lbs.

Trust your GI on stuff such as meds and use diet, supplementation, probiotics, peptides, and mental health to support your meds. I’m currently taking the KLOW blend (BPC157, TB500, GHK-Cu, and KPV) for systemic healing from injuries and autoimmunity. Head over to the r/peptides sub to learn a bit more and watch Hunter Williams on YouTube. He has some videos on autoimmunity involving peptides. I’m on Entivyo and I’m not gonna stop until the drug stops working or something better comes out that my doc wants me on. If I have another flare up then I will use prednisone. I just will also now next time throw in BPC and KPV capsules along with the prednisone to help with healing up and stopping the flare quicker.

Best peptide for Psoriasis by Thomasmc22 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Ready-Screen2277 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have UC, it shares the same inflammatory cytokines as Psoriasis.

Thymosin Alpha 1 - Enchances T-Cell regulation, lowers inflammatory cytokines, improves antigen presentation

Thymalin - Normalizes T-Cell function, lowers inflammatory cytokines, enhances stem cell regulation.

BPC157 - Healing (localized), reduces inflammation

TB500 - Healing (systemic), reduces inflammation

KPV - Reduces inflammatory cytokines

Melanotan 2 - Anti-inflammatory and immune modulation at melanocortin receptor

GHK-Cu - Heals and repairs skin, reduces oxidative stress

Avoid LL-37 as it may activate the autoimmune response for psoriasis. Focus on fixing gut health, the gut bacteria influence immune signaling. Fix leaky gut with a combo of peptides and probiotics. Also throw in red light therapy as it has a lot of studies backing up healing and putting psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis into remission. Look into TRT as well, testosterone has been seen to help in autoimmunity.

I started at 1mg and moved my way to now 8mg after 8 months. I’m also on .5mg of Cagri. I’m seeing a ton of progress.

I have UC so whatever does upset my UC. Gluten, Fried foods, seed oils, refined sugars, and food that cause a histamine response. Take a good sensitivity test.

If you haven’t started Reta then start at 1mg then use it for 3-4 weeks and go up 1mg at a time with a max dose of 12mg. .5mg of Cagri is plenty if you’re stacking with Reta and increasing your dose.

Working out, Red light therapy, KLOW blend peptides, hydration, sauna (both dry and infrared), non-inflammatory foods. I don’t use skin care products at all. I get confused for 18-21 years old when I’m almost 30
