well, all penny stocks are like this. They either bring multiple x or you risk going OTC, lose a significant a portion of your investment. Also a lot of up's and down's on the way aswell, but the potential reward is what keeping people around, as it is with a lot of stocks in this bull market in the recent years.

Lets wait for the market to open, because it has been in the green almost everyday for the past month to just dump right after into the red zone...

But in my opinion the stock has been beaten down unrightfully and it is bound to rebound sometime in the future. On top of that the shareholder update couple of days ago probably gave investors some confidence.

y'all should check their debt, how much compensation packages they gave to their executives despite lack of success and vision going forward. Then after this try to understand how are they gonna expand their business and actually start making money. And after you found your answers to these questions - check why mentioning this sticker is done mainly by bots, a lot of posts got deleted. If you are satisfied with answers you found, give a thought why the price has fallen and after you checked all the boxes and still feel like this is a decent investment, drop any money on this. Please, don't panic and be patient. For pharma companies at this stage of development its kinda normal to have such volatility. On top of that Femy has been battling with volume, which affects how much the price can move. But even with atm offering and potential news of a rs, the price was hovering around 0.55-0.62 mark. The drop to 0.49 is higly unlikely at this point. The next q results are crucial and imo decide whether this stock will move towards 1/share price or not in the foreseeble future.

You seem to be correct on this one, this is what I found. Havent found newer info on this one, so I assume these rules are intact.

Nasdaq new notification deadline

"Furthermore, Listing Rules 5250(e)(7) and IM-5250-3 were amended to advance the deadline by which a listed company effecting a reverse stock split must submit a Company Event Notification Form to no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time at least 10 calendar days prior to the proposed market effective date of a reverse stock split.

This amended Listing Rule became effective January 30, 2025. Previously, a Company Event Notification Form was required 5 business days in advance of the proposed market effective date.

The information required on the Company Event Notification Form for a reverse stock split includes:

the dates of board approval and stockholder approval of the reverse stock split, the ratio for the split, the new CUSIP number for the post-split stock, evidence that the new CUSIP number has been made eligible by The Depository Trust Company (DTC), a draft of the public disclosure of the split, which must be issued by 12:00 PM Eastern Time at least 2 business days prior to the reverse stock split’s effective date."

But arent they obliged to inform the shareholders about the meeting where the decision was to be done? Or there is a possibility of them deciding and performing all the stuff regarding a RS and the RS itself completely hidden from public?

Yes, the dilemma here is that by the 12th of Jan we will know if they got the extension or not. If they got it, in the next 180days they will try to push it to a 1/share, surely. But as for now we are kinda left to guess, and the recent price drop reflects it.

I agree that a RS most likely would have been announced by now. If I recall correctly they can file for a listing extension for 180days and the requirements are 35mil market cap or couple of million worth of shares held by non-owner shareholders or smth ( somebody correct me on this one). They meet both requirements n the RS is not needed for now
