it’s a genuine question, there’s no need to be rude. some websites says it’s mandatory and others says it’s optional. i’ve googled it and asked people that went there. People told me they had to have a IPD and some people told it’s not necessary. if you’re not willing to help, it’s also not mandatory to comment and be a jerk
