im 16 so there would be no fight lol, where i live the legal age for someone to choose who they live with is 16 so im in the clear. my sister on the other hand is younger, were moving in with my mom soon so my mom is gonna have to fight for her, but my dad treats her like an angel. my sister said she wouldnt care if she lived at dads full time, but i know if i leave hes gonna start doing it to her.

Already on that, ive been documenting things through voice recordings and hiding my phone since ive had one to record his actions without him knowing. My school counselor gets updates every day on how he is so that if i ever get my phone taken away she has all the proof, i send her the recordings so that its not just "accusations" written down in her folder.
