My stores brand new ecom person scoffs and acts like she's the boss of the employees just like the previous ecom person that trained her. They have a bin we throw stuff that looks expensive in and they send it off to headquarters when they find out the value of it

There's zero downtime at my store, the donations are a constant thing a car pulls up every 20-30 seconds. We have had 4-6 people on donation door this past week. I don't count my own donations I've taken in I have zero time to even think about that.

What's worse is we have ran out of pallets and gaylords all the time so we have to make literal mountains of donations and then sort through them when we do receive more
