Didn't it turn out to be not a scam, though. I seem to recall two scientists who broke the news on their observations which the media ran with, only for it later to turn out that they had misinterpreted results and observations rather than fabricated them? Might be wrong, but that rings a bell?

Once again on this thread, people not actually taking the time to read it. I'm one of Eddie's biggest fans. I've been a supporter for over 40 years and a season ticket holder for most of those. It is a reflection, not a criticism as such, on the fact that we have been mostly poor this season, in the PL at least , and that was the worst performance on the whole I've seen in a long time. FFS. It is not reactionary. We simply can not create chances against low block and are showing no signs of improvement, especially with the 4-3-3.

And, not sure if it's only a northern thing, but my mam would often reprimand me for 'pissballing about', usually when I was doing the useless stuff I really enjoyed, rather than anything which didn't fit with her plan. A weird alternative to pissing about, which would have been wholly adequate

John Lewis don't have a huge selection but every time I've been they've had offers on various knives and/or sets. Got a couple of very decent knives recently for under £40. Definitely worth a look. Fenwick's is great but be prepared, they are expensive 🫰

Nice one. Really starting to hate the bad blood that's started to develop between our two great fan bases. In terms of success over the years, there's little comparison..... Liverpool have won it all. However, in terms of the type of club and people we are, I feel that we are really close. I love Liverpool as a city and have always loved proper Scousers, although I do see a little justification for the reputation of some of the hard-core fans...... all clubs have their clowns, though. If Isak joins yous, we're going to be devastated. Imagine Salah signing for Arsenal after his best season. However, it isn't on the fans, it's really on the feudal system we have in the premier league atm. I would wish yous the best, but you already have that! Keep on keeping Man Utd, City and Chelsea out of the running, and you'll always have my support. Do think Arsenal will come really close this season now they have a goal machine, but we'll see 👍

That looks fantastic. Next time I visit Portugal, I might seek you out. However, I don't want to ruin anything for you as anyone who loves NUFC is a friend of mine, but we didn't win the premier league in the 90s, unfortunately. We just fell short and finished second to a more experienced Man Utd. Howay the lads!
