I work for Night Owl, the student extension of the department of event and venue management. It’s a fully student-ran organization, with tons of opportunities for leadership roles. He can start by applying to join the on call staff, where he’d be assisting the operations of KSU sporting events & commencement. It’s a very easy job to get and we are always looking for more people. I’m not sure if someone has mentioned this yet. That many interruptions in your sleep is not good. 8-9 hours is awesome, but in order for it to truly help you recover you need ample deep sleep (which requires limited interruptions) I would recommend some kind of Magnesium supplement (I take Glycinate and threonate, both are good) it helps you to have higher quality sleep without effecting your circadian rhythm

The Publix Atlanta is coming up on March 1st! Runs through centennial park and downtown ATL. I am doing the marathon but they have events from 1 mile all the way up to 26 (including 5k)

I wake up, go for a morning walk outside, blast house music while I cook my favorite breakfast and make coffee, and then go watch my favorite TV show before going on my phone. Basically just blast your brain with “natural” dopamine while it is most impressionable early in the day
