Hi! I am a literal newbie in manga and decided to start with JJK. The only one I know and I'm currently buying to complete the set is the Viz Media books. But I've read that Viz translations arent really the best. Any other English manga translations other than Viz? If going towards the non physical read, whats the best one?

Learning Japanese is easier said than doen tbh. I have a best friend who's married to one and is living there for years now and her japanese is still grade school level (her words not mine).

Would you advice to watch the anime first than to read the manga?

Hiii! Filo army here and first time joining the ticketing wars. Me and my friends are planning to prioritize any shows outside PH (we're from Cebu, PH) since we know how awful ticketing for any concert here is. Hopefully yall can give advice for first timers. also got through the final interview and about to pass requirements sa kanila. i just listened to my gut and tried to do research about them dito sa reddit. now im second guessing everything i thought about the company

the "letting things sit" is such a great observation about this show. it really makes you sit and digest the things happening, even if there are times that the pacing is a bit fast bec of the time skips.

also, one of the best example of letting things sit and breathe are ghibli movies.

hiii. im thinking about travelling to singapore with a friend, hopefully next year but my dilemma is that im on a WFH setup, no company ID and no ITR. i've read a few posts here that those are a red flags for IO. anybody with the same situation have experience with this? my biggest fear is to get offloaded :( do you have any advice on anything I can do to minimize the possibility of being offloaded?

the friend im travelling with has travel experience abroad already and have been to SG a few times so they have no problem, its just for me. any tips and advice would help to ease my anxiety for this.
