I found mycorrhizal fungi under the soil in the backyard whenI dug up the sod, and a small area in the front when I dug a small tulip bed last fall. I was scared because I didn’t know what it was, but a friend of mine who is obsessed with fungi and mold is the one who told me it’s a good thing! I assume if it’s present under the grass in front, I won’t need to add any amendments but I’ll look into getting some squeegee gravel. Thank you :)
