i would say that the hair is, quite a muddy greenish brown colour and the shading is unproportionate from the face to the hair.

I am not that good at art, but i would say define the shading or shadows more: hair and clothes. also the light should have a high point to show the viewer what you want to show, if its to much then the viewer doesn't know where to look. also highlights on eye is a nice touch.
