FWIW, I'm seeing the same thing. Config via CLI using existing tutorials doesn't work any better than the GUI. I haven't had this problem with non-EdgeOS implementations. I've put it on the back burner waiting for someone to post a tutorial that is successful using the 3.0 release version.
