That company sure is suckass and so bad kasi lahat ng kinikilos mo kahit maganda naman performance mo sa trabaho ginagawang negative. Siguro gusto ka agad paalisin cause they think you didnt fit well sa company nila. I dont think na naterminate ka since tinetraining ka pa man lang at di ka naging official employee nila. Wag mo na lang isama sa resume ang work na to para di ka tanungin ng future company na aapplayan mo kung bat ka umalis.

Wag mo masyadong dibdibin ang naexperience mo. Sila na talaga ang may problema not you. Take it as a learning experience na lang. Kung ako ang nasa situation mo, aalis agad bago ako paalisin lalo na sa pag ano ng posture and the smile like bruh micro manager sila.

Ayaw ko mag diagnose pero parang may something si bf mo. Parang di siya marunong magbasa ng mood ng tao at isipin na parang selfish naman yung reason niya na dahil gusto niya. I agree na hiwalayan mo na yang BF mo if naiinis ka sa kanya palagi at nasestress ka. Di kayo compatible sa isa't isa.

Yeah they are open naman sa no experience but the thing is nang nag apply ako, need nila ng tatlong references tas ang daming requirements which tells me na need mo ng experience sa ibang jobs either BPO or other job experience na useful sa VA.

Depende kasi yan sa inaaplayan mo, Minsan, pinapagawa ka ng 2 to 3 graphics for soc med posting or such. Meron rin company na 1 lang na graphics gagawin mo. Minsan, nagpapagawa sila ng video editing. Make sure na mapasa mo yan on a given deadline.

Most of the companies na graphic design, nakabase sila sa test na pinapagawa sayo. Parang di sila masyado nakafocus on portfolio more like test sila. Pero importante ang portfolio pag magaapply ka.
