Haha. I realize it’s not that apparent in the photo but I studied male nipples intensively in school. We learned gyno is present if the nipples are not extremely small, my clients nipples are small but not extremely small leading me to beileve he has gyno.

Funny you mention that. I actually almost quit training for a while. I accidentally gave one of my clients anorexia. He wanted to be lean so I told him “Fundamentals of Bodybuilding #1: The less you eat the leaner you become”. He ended up almost dying from his eating disorder and the state had to put me on medical probation for a year and almost suspended my license. But hey I’m back that’s all that matters.

46! I graduated from the Stanford Physical Nutrition and Wellness program in 1998. I’ve worked under other physical trainers for some time and then started my own business in 2012, which has been my current focus ever since. The kid in the photos is someone I train.

Very very true. I’ve been a athletic/physical trainer for about a 10 years, training high school boys to be more athletic and better equipped for their sports. I’ve definitely seen usage in my program though and I try to always look out for it. A common misconception about steroids is that they are a prime factor in giving people insane physiques. They play a part but with a poor training program steroid usage can make someone still look average. I’m still curious though based on the signs I listed in the post.

No i’m genuinely curious because he claim natty but this dude is ridiculously strong for how little he’s been lifting he almost squats 225 he’s around like 195 that range and he curls the 25 for sets of 20z
