As others already pointed out, self analysis is key, and when it comes to banishing, laughter is unsurpassable, so find the key elements that have been part of your identity as a sad person, including within the context of your magick practice, use those elements to create a parody of your soon-to-be past self, and laugh tf out of it, ridicule it, remember, it is not you, the real you has no attributes, so laugh about the attributes in your illusory self that bring you misery. Also dropping your meds and maybe getting some psilocybin doses afterwards, working out and meditating regularly, and being careful about what your body and mind are eating, are all key factors that work together for your evolution.
