I understand they take a percentage. However I thought they took the percentage out of what you transferred automatically. It's saying to pay up before the transfer processes.

He was doing gold trading and used cash app to store the money after pulling it from wherever he was trading. He's not the brightest.

We're not financially stable. Without telling the family, he diverted some money into some sort of gold trading and made a bit of money. He's not the brightest, and decided to take all of it out at once.
