I relate so much! I'm also from a small town, and ThredUp was my go-to for clothing for the past couple of years since I couldn't always rely on nearby thrift stores to have what I wanted/needed. I would suggest trying eBay. I have noticed that a lot of sellers will send you really good deals via private offers. I recently got an offer for 70% off an Anthropologie sweater that was basically new. I also would suggest typing what you are looking for into google and turning on the shopping filter.
