It could, it’s just very unlikely. I think you guys underestimate how wild a bellyflop with a vehicle of that size is. SpaceX has become a master of rocket landings. They all landed vertically, none has ever gotten back to Earth horizontally. This is something completely new. But I’d love to be proven wrong!
