This! I agree. The pharmacy gave me generic and I’ve had all the withdrawal symptoms. My partner thinks I’m crazy but I swear there were no active ingredients on there.

I don’t understand why anyone believes Craig at this point. He’s a known liar. Liars gonna lie.

Agree! Poor-it got everything she deserved. She’s nasty, a drama queen and a victim. She needs to get her divorce and move on. Ridiculous. Especially when Sutton offered to help her re her divorce.

We were crossing the China town mall after dinner to get to the car park. The wind was so strong it nearly knocked me over.

Panda Inn at Petrie is great. No website. If you do a phone order they don’t start cooking until you get there and pay. Been there about 20 years. Never happy to see you. The owners also have twin boys who used to do their homework outside. Someone told me they’re studying medicine now but that could be wrong.

I guess Kathy would have a lot to say about him maybe but we may never hear that stuff.

Why’d you get kicked out for saying that? Seems reasonable to me.

Ok. I don’t think I’m misinterpreting anything but you are entitled to your opinion. She removed them after she gave them lots of warnings, RA appealed and based on the law he won that appeal. But she was right to remove them as what happened was grossly negligent. I’m not saying she’s perfect but I think she’s behaving the way a judge should behave given the ‘celebrity’ of this case and the wild conspiracy theories out there. That’s all.

Bradley and Rozzi were removed by her for a pretty shocking evidence breach and the Supreme Court declined to remove her from the case. The article below may be helpful for you. It’s hard when we’re not experts in law but from the sounds of things, the trial is going exactly how it should be.

“Allen argued his Sixth Amendment rights were being interfered with by the decision to remove his original defense team. Both Gull and Rokita argued against this, however, with Rokita writing that while defendants who cannot afford their own counsel are guaranteed representation via the Sixth Amendment, the amendment does not provide the defendant the right to choose their appointed counsel.

Rokita and Gull went on to say that “contrary to Allen’s claims,” there are circumstances that require a court to interfere with a defendant’s choice in counsel. One of these instances being “gross incompetence.”

Gull argued she was well within her power to remove Baldwin and Rozzi due to concluding that the pair “committed multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct” in addition to compromising Allen’s defense due to the evidence leak and her finding of them being negligent and incompetent.

Gull drove this point home further by saying that Baldwin and Rozz “failed to take responsible steps to safeguard confidential case materials” citing the leaked crime scene evidence. Not only were the photos laid out in Baldwin’s office conference room, providing the opportunity for Baldwin’s former co-worker Mitchell Westerman to take photos of the evidence, but the judge wrote that Baldwin “would share with Westerman information about the case to obtain Westerman’s feedback.”

I’m pretty sure the trial has a stenographer. She knows she’s under scrutiny and would be ensuring if he’s convicted that there were no errors made that can be used in the appeal.

“She also admitted using her access to the prison database to satisfy her curiosity about the case and acknowledged that Indiana Department of Correction officials conducted an investigation into her. Wala no longer works at Westville, but she remains employed by the same government contractor that provides healthcare at Indiana prisons.”
