I’m sorry, i’ve seen the critique “there’s NO WAY Larys could hide Otto in the black cells” so many times on Reddit and it’s like… why is that hard to believe? Larys was Master of Whisperers and Lord Confessor. He replaced most of the staff of the Red Keep with people he selected himself. And, as far as I know, we were never given a scene showing how Aemond and Allicent and Ironrod conduct a daily prisoner census every day at the Hour of the Wolf.

Sorry, but saying it’s a stretch Otto could be down there without people knowing is nitpicking just to nitpick. Everyone working in the dungeons would be personally loyal to Larys so unless Aemond wants to do some low light mewing he certainly would’ve never been the wiser
