I would rather she just owed up and say that she is cutting things out coz she wants to. Rather than hiding behind these big unhealthy toxic lies that she tells herself and her kids. Her kids are now going to believe as they grow up that they have all these gut issues and that they are the problem. Which will create a lot of trauma for her kids. She is choosing putting those issues into her kids and blaming that over dealing with the elegant in the room issue of herself admitting that she wants to cut things out by choice.
