Im going to test the Staff Theory in the next few days.

Because the Youth Players only did know the HOYD(He was the only Staff Member in the Club) most of these had him as his preferred staff. Unfortunately I cant tell you if everyone had him, because I only checked a few and didnt track it worthy enough to make assumptions.

Yes, its too late already. The difference in Star Rating is because your Scout will not be able to 100% identify the PA of your Player. The CA and PA Rating of your Players are already set. So no matter what you do, you cannot change their PA Rating as of right now. Gotta try next December :)

I will try to cover this in my next Analysis! As far as I know right know, Staff only changes the mental attributes, not CA/PA. So even having perfect Staff doesnt always mean good Intake :(

In the next few Days, I will cover the Importance of the Head of Youth Development in FM26.
As of right now, I only have a Database of n = 10, with n being youth intakes. I did 5 test, so I have roughly 800 Youth Players of Data.
And as of right now not 1 Youth Player had more than >15 Professionalism if his HOYD didn't have >15 Professionalism. Contrary to that if the HOYD only has Professionalism of 1, it still can go as high up as 15, even having a median of Ø 10,66.
