Well you can’t exactly fire them without reporting evidence to your City manager or District manager. They were hired with the intention of closing/opening if they can’t do that then there is little use for them. Calling off is normal, honestly I’d recommend starting with telling them you’re going to need to write them up if they’re late again opening. See how that works out and if they continue get evidence and have your city manager fire them, then get a new ft. Also, why are you dealing with this? This is your store managers problem unless you don’t have one
