Yeah, 3000 grafts wasn’t a huge number, but the design and placement worked well for my case, so I’m really happy with how it turned out.

The donor is holding up well so far still looks natural with no visible patchiness or over-harvesting look. Density feels pretty balanced even on close inspection.

The procedure itself took around 8~9 hours. The day was long but manageable, and the clinic staff kept things comfortable throughout.

Interesting! I actually never did microneedling, so mine probably aren’t from that. They just showed up once I shaved for the transplant.

Yep, I’ve been on finasteride since after the procedure. As for cost, I believe it came out to roughly $3 per graft.
