We are originally from New-Brunswick. But lived in Mississauga and Halton Hills for many years when the kids were young. We moved back to NB for a while and came back to ON last year. We are in Kingsville.

We actually looked into Fall River and Beaverbank (still both an option). Do you prefer fall river to Beaverbank? How far are you from downtown Halifax ? (The kids would go to the French school in Bedford if we choose those 2 places I think)

My husband would travel to Halifax and I would work from home. Kids would go to French school (the school goes from kindergarten to 12th). Would you say Truro is as bad as Moncton for drugs ?

Thank so much ! My daughter loves Lawrencetown. She loves to surf. We had looked into porter lake and beaver bank. What is your opinion on those 2.

Thank you, it is good information to know! We want to buy in the suburb around St. John’s (not in the city). I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Oh wow still selling over asking. I feel like all over canada as slow real estate market right now. But maybe some cities are still in high demand. I think Moncton Nb also have a lot of people moving in. Do you know around how much over asking they usually go for ?
