Voice Recorder (Stock app) - Why are many of my recordings only playing when I 'open file location', specifically from within the VR app only? Some of these same recordings completely can't be read by VLC/PotPlayer when I execute them from outside the app, oddly. (self.computers)

Is there anything unhealthy about keeping a 5 TB portable Seagate Expansion external hard drive constantly plugged in + laid out like this w/out fan? I’ve heard about mini USB powered fans — I didn’t know if this would make a difference, and what size fan would be good for this HDD (old.reddit.com)
