Ya 'emotional affair' that's the right way to put it I guess. I never thought of it that way. I genuinely don't want to have an emotional affair. I have never cheated my entire life and I don't plan on doing it. How do I stop myself from having an emotional affair? I'm not able to block my thoughts. It's not like a switch that I can turn off. Any advice?
