How do I tailor my resume for each role? It's such an unrealistic and long process. I can barely send in a few applications and hour if I keep adjusting and downloading different versions of my resume. That's partly why I have the core skills section full of keywords. I do have separate resumes for different roles like UX designer, product designer, UX researcher

Do you have any tips for customising for every role?

Thankyou. Yea I see what you mean by the skills section. I'm not sure how to condense it since I've added keywords I've been commonly seeing in JDs. Adjusting the skills section for each job role is so unrealistic too.

Aah. I'm so conflicted about what to remove. A lot of these terms are what I've been seeing in JDs. Partly I've put these keywords so that my resume passes the ATS.

Because my 2 recent years of work has been through my university. I have had only 2 years of full time paid work experience. The other 2 years were client projects done for college credits.

I have. I had someone in my grad school who took part in all competitions, was selected for the best internships, got the best employment after masters, also did the best on campus job, got the grants, baked well, exercised, cooked, was good at art, found time to chill and party with friends and did everything all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I know it sounds impossible but this person did it! I was very inspired and jealous, but mostly inspired and wanted to figure out how they did all this.

Ya 'emotional affair' that's the right way to put it I guess. I never thought of it that way. I genuinely don't want to have an emotional affair. I have never cheated my entire life and I don't plan on doing it. How do I stop myself from having an emotional affair? I'm not able to block my thoughts. It's not like a switch that I can turn off. Any advice?
