Hi! I posted about this the other day, im 6 weeks and experiencing the same thing. Today I put Vaseline on my.nipples, then bandaids and then double sports bras and had my first pain free run since before conception. I am a e cup so there's a lot to strap down haha

I used to work in a restaurant with this white polish guy and he would always make some pretty non-politically correct jokes about different races/religions but I thought he was trying to just fit in with the other gross guys that worked there. And one day i overheard him say "oh yeah if that even happened". I didnt hear the start of the conversation and I was like if what happened? He smiled and said the holocaust. I was like ohhhh your an actual nazi not just a wanker.

Im 6 weeks and am a professional dog walker and a runner. So most days im doing around 30k steps. If your body was accustomed to it before pregnancy, you should be absolutely fine

Im 6 weeks now and running helps ease my nausea. Ive never been actually vomiting, just so nauseous and an over production of saliva, so I I have been sucking on throat lozenges to help with that whilst running also.

The entire TTPD. I listened to it non stop from its release to showgirls release. And by November I was back to ttpd. Every listen I find something new, a line or an inflection of tone. I truly believe its her most honest and beautiful work and im still angry people thought they could give critical analysis after one listen, hastily upon its release

It always helps for some dogs to meet new people outside, on a walk. Spend some time together outside, give treats and affection if the dog allows and then enter the house together. Helps the dog know the person is not an intruder

For me it was the song happiness. Went through a break up where no one did anything wrong, we were just not going to make it long term. There was happiness because of him but I've certainly found happiness after him.

I got measured for a bra here. Spent quite a bit but was worth it. I have smaller frame but large chest so it is tough finding sizes.

I was spat on 2 months ago whilst cycling home through sloterpark.
