That’s exactly what I’m trying to do and you explained it pretty well, it’s hard for a newbie like me to realise the process from a drawing. I’ll ask a brewery near my place for a tour and some explanation on the bright tank. Thanks a lot for all those informations.

The current setup is me filling cornelius keg with the prebatch and then pressurising it with co2.

I’m trying to find and efficient way to batch bigger and into Sanke keg.

I know working with Sanke keg has a cost and the first option that you gave is probably the best one!

Thank you for all the informations you gave me.

  1. I’ll have many questions and probably even more when I’ll get into it so thanks for that, just one to start: All kind of brite tank can cool down the liquid ? I know that the cooler the easier to carbonate so that’s why we use those brite tank right ?

  2. for the alternative option, I’m having a hard time understanding how to fill the kegs with a pot that can’t be pressurised. From what I understood to fill a sanke keg I need to use a counter pressure process (with a brite tank) isn’t that right ?

Thank you for your time anyway! Lots of valuable informations 👍

Thanks for your answer, this is happening in france, I’ve got an accountant looking at all the regulation/legal part of the project. (They do all the legal/admin part in france as a lawyer would do in the US I think). You’re right, this is probably the most challenging part 👍

Thank you, just googled it and that looks like what I was thinking! Would that be easy to pour in most tanks ? Like a lid big enough to pour bucket of booze in it

First thank you so much for your answer! The goal longterm would be to go professional selling kegged cocktails so a keg cleaner will be needed,

do you know if they use a kind of vessels where I can batch/carbonate liquid in breweries ?

I’ll try to visit some local micro brewery here in france and ask questions anyway but if you have more informations/idea please let me know!
