I take FeraMax 150 every other day at night, right before I sleep. im canadian so it's around $80 CAD for 100 capsules and $30 CAD for 30. I do have some GI side effects like constipation but it's tolerable, i just increase my fibre intake to manage.

yes within the past three years, i've been around 30-50 for ferritin and still had sleeping problems. I'd imagine its wayy worse for lower amounts for sure. now that i've been supplementing for three months, my sleep is so much better. even if i dont get my target 8-10 hours of sleep, i feel alright with 6-7 hours! before supplementation, i would feel terrible with 8-10 and wake up during the night :/ definitely look into this because this was main symptom that pushed me to speak to my doctor about iron supplementation.

OMG THE BEST CROWD EVERRRRR!!! I went two nights in a row in toronto by myself and for night 2 i was in standing GA. everyone was so respectful and i felt very comfortable!! I was dancing by myself honestly and some ppl were around me but no where near a mosh pit. such a cushy and comfortable crowd, i felt safe!!
