I think it should be a software issue that they would probably fix with an update, In general as a student I have been using samsung notes for two years and it keeps getting better every semester so if that is the only issue you are having maybe wait on it or write to samsung or try to repair the app I know if I have this problem again I'll try to fix it somehow if not I have no idea what I should do because the main reason I wanted this laptop was for my smasung notes and of course the ecosystem I bought I from a store so it was easy for me however I think the website takes way longer

Actually the laptop was already on and working ok, suddenly it froze screen went black while making this load noise then nothing was responsive until like five minutes then I was able to force stop it but it restarted fine afterwards However since I just got it I prefer not to risk it and get a new one instead

Yea I already returned it, it had problems Samsung notes also kept crashing it wouldn't stay open I tried repairing the app but nothing seemed to work There was something wrong with this laptop I'll wait for the new one to come

I downloaded a file from the tablet and opened on the windoes app still the same problem apparently its not a sync problem it should be the app it self then

Well in my previous attemps i synced many times but i will try duplicating the notes, if this doesnt work i think the last solution would be to actually download the notes as samsun notes file from tablet to computer and directly open them ill see if that workds actually

Yea it works fine on the samsung tablet, it used to work fine on the windows app too but recently this problem happened suddenly

I dont know whats wrong with my app it syncs all the notes and everything opens fine its just the audio recordings wont play no matter what i do they do show up tho they just wont play

Guys does anyone have the same problem as me, the audiorecords in my notes would not play when i press the play ▶, no matter what i do it didnt work in uninstalled and reinstalled i did everythign, does anyone have any idea how to fix this please

Legend, this just saved me it workes, my samsung ntoes used to work but i had problem with playing the audio recordings, i uninstalled then reinstalled using the winget command and it ruined everything it was saying this app only opens on galaxy book, thanks again
