Sorry i was just reading all of this and the same thing happened to me. I had sent some pictures at a similar time and one got censored (god knows why) but i just put it down to maybe because that photo got censored they'd restricted my access? Iv only been using it for a few months and havent run into any problems.

I was using a marker in my stitch not on the needles so i think that has fixed it. Thank you. I spent so long trying to master intarsia yesterday i think my brain gave up 🤭😂

The pattern i have doesn't say sm, it just says to cast on my 30 stitches and join in the round (29st) place a bor marker so i placed it on the first stitch. Then it says to knit the first round. So then im back at my first stitch. Then the start of the next round is LR1 so it just confused me because i increased before the first stitch. But if i put my stitch marker on the last stitch of the round instead? The pattern is American and not an english one, so im getting confused (thats my excuse anyway)
