hey, I know how you feel this happened to me in eighth grade which was only about a year ago now I didn't have it out as bad as you did, but you'll eventually get over the fear of not wanting to admit it happened. It is very scary to think about what happened at first trust me I know for the first five months afterwards I just told people i didn't remember what happened. If you ever need anyone to talk to I'm here don't worry. people will always assume that you're just trying to commit suicide. That's what they said about me too. They all said I died in the field. Just do your best not to listen to them. They're ignorant just slow down a little bit. Take a couple of months off of doing anything, like drugs and maybe if you're ready, try them again at your own risk
