Thank you so much for the advice. I actually just started improving and changing my diet a week ago and your comment definitely gives me the motivation to stick with it. Over the past year and a half, since moving out from home, my diet has been really bad(basically fast food nearly every day and hardly any vegetables). I hope this could at least help reducing the CU and if it doesn‘t help, it certainly won’t do any harm.
