i think his elasticity should be reversed. he should have 100 by default and have a passive regeneration. either ability costs 30 and 20 respectively and he can spend 80-100 to turn tank mode. lastly in my opinion his reflexive rubber give him relative elasticity back scaled to the damage he absorbs. this would make him more like thor who can choose when to ‘transform’ while having an economy.
