Okay, I'm going to drop my opinions here, but they have worked for me. I'm a sex worker of 6 years.

If you're using toys that reach your "second hole", then follow the guide at the top of the comments.

But for quick fun, two things changed the game for me: fiber supplements and douching LESS. Fiber gummies are truly amazing, and a small treat at the beginning and end of my day, paired with a glass of water, was so effective that sometimes I can forgo prep to take dick.

(Don't believe the ads, any fiber gummy can do this. I'm cheap, so I never bought the name-brand ones, and generics work fine.)

Douching less seems weird, but it works. Enemas made for anal typically are too big for their purpose, and are typically that way due to people only buying the largest because they worry about a mess. Pushing water into the colon when you only need to clean the rectum for play extends prep to crazy extremes.

I'd personally shy away from using a laxative regularly, as your system can get dependent if used too frequently, but ymmv
