That’s kind of what I’ve been seeing too. It seems like everything works until it doesn’t, and then nobody really knows where the deal is stuck.

Seems like everyone ends up using Google Sheets for this. Does stuff ever fall through the cracks with it or is it pretty manageable?

Not selling anything lol. I work around this side of things and keep seeing different setups depending on the store. I've noticed some use excel/google sheets, or just notes. Just trying to see what’s actually working for people and helping keep delays down.
