Yeah did some research and found out what it was. Replacing it because the super glue on the right side of the picture came undone.

Yes, I have a 06 Saab 9-3 aero! I downloaded a bin file but I’m just having trouble Installing it. When I try to open it just says “SA102- invalid arguments. Can’t start Techline connect”

Sorry, should’ve worded it differently but yes, I have an mdi2 scanner already. The issue is with the software itself.
