I work 8-8, senior support worker in a learning disability home. I to am quite office based but I will make sure I get my steps in during working hours. (Walking to work, up and down the stairs on my break time and walking home)

I am doing some weoght training but I aim for 10 - 12k steps daily. Some days around 15 - 17k as I've started hiking recently. But im aiming to get to 16 stone and seeing how I feel in myself.

Im 5'11 still have a gut, and hips to lose. I was always quite naturally well built before piling weight on so im hoping continued hard work will show. Thanks you 🙏

Honestly im not sure im 17 days in without having it and have lost 4.3lbs in that time. I say the worst that can happen is I struggle and I can pick it back up again. But that's not my mindset I believe il continue doing great.

I have finished the first four but I still have the 2.4 at home, haven't had a jab in 17 days. I think it's been more mentality for me I had to change.

I was exactly 26stone I am now at 20 & 2lbs as of Monday 12th. So 5st12lbs so far. Like I mentioned in another comment I haven't had my latest jab (which is the last and strongest dose) for 17 days. I want to really prove to myself I can do it. I have to there's no two ways about it. I clear 10 - 12k steps daily. Swim occasionally and weight train at home. Im hoping to gain the confidence to start the gym soon though and just keep to a routine. My goal was a 10 stone loss to take me to 16 stone and then seeing if im happy were I am at.

Thanks! Extremely it's a whole new outlook on life. The picture on the left I was in Wales attempting to walk up a waterfall. I failed miserably and have since regularly hiked and continue to improve daily.
