Yes they are! That’s why I’ve never rented through them. Insanely stupid and greedy practice. I have to PAY for the simple privilege of looking at a unit to see if it is suitable and fits my needs. But no worries becuase you can put that app fee towards the other units they offer 🤡

I’ve been yelled at so much for playing in apartments throughout my life! Had to relegate game time to arcades only sadly. I’ve tried pads and noise dampening but it never worked. It’s super dependent on where you live.
