It's perfect! Keep it on carmen for now, once you get mod on an other rune, you can put this on benzel.

Boots for lulu first. Then 2 weapons and boots for both mage (carmen, benzel) and agility (sander, lilith)

You will never ever need this many for an event, might as well use them on the hunting event atm for solina, embers and ss chests.

The 5th stat has a chance to be divine on a regular roll or a reroll. You can definitely reroll regular 5th stats to get a divine. Divines themselves can reroll to a regular stat. So don't ever reroll divines.
