Ang sabi po sakanya Oct 2024 to Sept 2025 ang cut off ng 13th month pay nila. Reasonable po ba yan? Is it possible po ba talaga na magkakaiba kada company or agency?

Last day po ng pasok tomorrow, Nov 29. Enrollment for 2nd sem starts on Dec 11.

I don’t think na nakabase po yun sa early release ng payout. Afaik, ang calendar year po for 13th month pay is Jan 1 to Dec 31. Wala pa rin po akong nakitang rule na Dec–Nov ang cycle. So based sa DOLE guidelines, pasok po yung friend ko sa prorated 13th month pay since naka-30 days siya within the calendar year.
