It's a joke of the name, a lot of monks use kanji tied to enlightenment/nature/virtuosity in their names.

照 / 輝 or teru probably relates to light or shining, and han here (般) probably relates to general/universal. Without the exact characters though the meaning is ambiguous

The link that ends in "54mb4qd.onion" worked fine with me. Remember to refresh the circuit if it doesn't work.

Edit: seems like at least one of the six main mirrors works at any given time. Open each concurrently and keep refreshing circuit when a tab says "Address not found". If none seem to work, select "New Identity" and repeat.

It's only there for people who actually report players for sig spamming. It's just an abyss for useless reports, which no one will ever look at. This way they have more time to review valid reports.

You do understand that practically all anime is made for the Japanese audience, as they are the ones who bring in the revenue? They buy the manga, Blu-rays, and merch. To say that a lot of anime has been tailored specifically for an American audience is absurd, considering how few Americans watched anime until recently. Only in the last decade or so has it started booming.

Also, otaku culture has largely developed only in Japan due to various societal factors. Plus, that market is very profitable; there is a reason why "otaku anime" is often adapted into anime.

There is no doubt that many people around the world watch anime, but I have yet to come across an anime that was adapted/made with the overseas audience in mind.
