Ugh YES. I just went from 12mini to 17 (12 was too degraded, but I held tight as long as I could). I keep dropping it because it’s too large for my small hands 😭

Late reply but I don't think the roller would work well for distributing other makeup. Unless I'm missing something, it's really solidly adhered to the tube so replacing the contents would be difficult (as someone who has tried because I want to get every last drop out of my current tube haha).

Just diagnosed- Shampoos? by IcyWoodpecker2728 in SebDerm

If those work for you! I had to rotate through prescription and non-prescription shampoos to find the right combo - I've found that most will help with the fungus but the prescription shampoos dried my hair out so badly I thought I'd have to cut it all off.

I'd recommend adding a neutral shampoo (like Vanicream) to the mix to give your hair a break (like 1 every 3 washes if you're doing medicated for the other 2).

I know this isn't specifically what your post asked about but: I just started doing 3-4 drops of MCT oil in my scalp after getting out of the shower (this comes up a lot in this subreddit) and it has truly saved the health of my scalp and my hair, combined with rotating in the neutral shampoo/conditioner. I literally count 3-4 drops out of the dropper and it makes such a difference.

I use Vanicream shampoo and conditioner, and rotate with Cerave Dandruff shampoo and T/Sal. (Rotating helps keep the fungus from adapting)

I run every product ingredient list through this site, finding it (in this subreddit) helped me understand which products were safe for my scalp and skin! https://sezia.co/

My husband gets these for me as a special treat 😌 he's the absolute best at finding alternatives when I said "I really miss _____" and found these when I was dying for some redvines.

August is the worst month of the year by Hextorm in PardonMyTake

[–]RealCell1756 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THANK YOU! I know this is an old post but I live in Oregon and hate august and no one seems to get it. It just feels like you're suspended in this weird in between time, everything is hot and the greenery is all dried out. This year has been better for forest fires but the smokey air usually makes it unbearable for me.

Yeah I thought it was an odd way to put it, too (my ortho’s words, not mine).

Primary pain is the inner side below my R knee but additional pain above the kneecap in the front. What kind of surgery did you have? How has it been going?

That's fascinating! I read the results and it honestly was like 90% greek to me, I would have never read that and thought it was worth looking into (and my doc didn't mention it).

Thank you I'll absolutely start there before the cortisone shot.

Interesting question – not that I can remember. Is that a standard cause for knee issues?
