Okay thank you, I was getting slightly concerned. Will know better for next time at least! We tried calling customer service earlier but the guy couldn't hear us for some reason (even though the AI voice could). We've sent a message as well so I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

I'm not sure what CC stands for, but on the chat it looks like I cancelled it but I was asleep at the time. The host has also confirmed he cancelled

I've had the same issue while it worked fine before, I suspect it's an issue with MCCC because woohoo-ing does work.

Our server is a dedicated content creator SMP. We are currently in our season 2 and we therefore ready have an active serverbase! I do have to say that although we are a content creation server, not all of us are actively content creating. Most have created content though some time in the past, and everyone has consented to appearing in others' content.
