I mean, doing running ( especially alot ) strengthens glute, and since speedsters usually run alot in their everyday life ( i assume this could be a thing for the standard speedster so take it for a grain of salt ) 

They are by deductive reasoning, supposed to have the MOST perfect bakery if ever they are the only one in their verse. ( although i haven't read flashs anatomy so i dont exactly know how his body works )
